Gute Lage, fairer Preis. Sehr sauber.?

Pros: Sehr ruhig. Mitten im Viertel unter Einheimischen. Für mich sehr gute Lage. Cons: Es fehlt ein klein wenig die persönliche Note, z.B. Bilder an den Wänden.
