  • The flat is in a perfect location. Central and yet very quiet and the house has also been completely renovated to a high standard. Shopping facilities such as a bakery, butcher's shop and Coop are just 100 metres away and Sedrun train station is also only 200 metres from the location.

    The flat is equipped as follows: Beautiful bright living room and bedroom with parquet flooring, dining area, kitchen with Vals natural stone worktop and dishwasher. The apartment has been completely refurbished in Grisons style using local materials.

Around the year 23/24 the Halenbad will be newly renovated and the attraction will be created with various things such as a large water slide.
