We truly hate leaving negative reviews because we understand that things can happen, but we also believe it’s important to be honest for future guests.First, we want to recognize Jennifer. She was an outstanding host from beginning to end. She always responded quickly, was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. When the access app wasn’t working, she immediately helped us by allowing us to use her personal phone to get into the property. Her customer service was exceptional, and honestly, she is the main reason we chose to stay despite our concerns.Unfortunately, the house itself was a major disappointment. Upon arrival, it was noticeably dirty. There was trash left in corners, and the bedding did not appear to have been freshly washed, so we ended up washing the sheets ourselves before using them. We also found several items throughout the home that were broken, and we documented everything with photos.The listing photos made the property look much nicer than it actually was. In person, it simply did not match the expectations the listing created.The beds were by far the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on in a rental. They were so bad that my wife ended up having to take medication for her back pain after sleeping on them.We don’t enjoy complaining or leaving negative feedback, especially when the host was so wonderful. Jennifer deserves five stars for her communication, professionalism, and willingness to help. However, the condition
