We booked this property because of the suite with a jetted tub, as well as the fridge. The first room we were given, the Jetted Tub was dirty and had three different types of hair throughout it. After cleaning and filling it, the jets wouldn't work. We were offered the adjoining suite, but not only was the button completely missing from the tub, the fridge didn't work. No other suites were available so I was instructed to speak with the manager in the morning. Upon checkout, I was informed by the clerk that the manager was on vacation for the next week and that she knew the clerk the night before was aware of the vacation, and that he had told others the same. I asked for her managers bosses info, and she didn't or wouldn't give it to me. She suggested I contact Expedia with my issues. Unacceptable solution because Expedia didn't make the mistakes.
