Elevator broke but was placed on the top floor. Electronic door lock barely works and have to try multiple times to open.

Not the best…
The elevator wasn’t working…we were booked for a room on the 2nd floor. The pictures from hotels.com were not what was advertised - and they were unable to accommodate with a roll out (they didn’t have any) they offered another room for an upcharge of over $100 per night!

OK Place to Stay
My wife and i git away for a couple days and stayed here. Room was comfortable. Service was good.
Breakfast was blah. Eggs and bacon were ok but nasty potatoes mix thing and no waffles available even though they had a waffle maker.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told our reservation had been cancelled. I asked how that could happen when no one had notified me and let me know. I was rudely told that I made the reservation using a third party and that is why it was cancelled. There was a storm that hit Tulsa and 150,000 were without power. I get that that is a huge problem, but why did it become my problem? There were no hotel rooms available within 100 miles. We were traveling with our 3 small grandchildren. I will never book a reservation with this hotel chain again. This was unacceptable to walk into a hotel expecting your reservation to be honored and to be told it was cancelled and there was nothing she could do. I am now working on getting my refund from Expedia as the hotel said it was all my problem to figure out. Wow. Thanks for absolutely nothing and attempting g to ruin our vacation with our grandchildren. I will be contacting someone until I find someone that cares.
