Spacious Loft
This loft was so adorable. It has more room than you think from the photos. It is located literally minutes from anywhere you want to go downtown. There’s Hurts Doughnut and an amazing pizza/gelato joint right around the corner!! If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT!! You won’t be disappointed.

Girl's Trip
Stayed here for a girl's trip and I will use this property again every time we come back to Tulsa. The host was friendly and accommodating and communicated immediately. The check in and check out were both super easy. The location is great and the space is gorgeous, especially the primary bedroom!

Great Apartment
The apartment was just as described. We had everything we needed for our stay. We were close to everything and enjoyed walking to many of the restaurants we visited while in town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a quick stay!
The place is easy to find, great parking, and good security. It was clean, and cool and comfortable. We received the wrong code for the lock, but the host took my call and got us in (about 40 minutes EARLY!) with no hassle. She also graciously took my second and third call because I wrote it down wrong. The living area is small and looks over the urbanism that is train tracks and an overpass. The primary bedroom is bigger than any other room and is wonderful, but noticeably oversized for the space. The only nitpicky things were... The blow-up mattress we were going to use was broken, the living room lamp doesn't work, we couldn't find the remote for the living roomTV (but the one from the bedroom worked on it), the stairwell hall light was out, and the hinges in the primary shower door are about 80% pulled away from the wall, which is probably going to be dangerous at some point. All in all, it was exactly what we needed for one night, in a good location.

Great location, great communication
I booked this place for my daughter and her two friends, who were coming into town for a concert nearby. The property manager was very communicative throughout the process, which I appreciated greatly; and when my daughter had difficulty with the door-code, Melody answered her call right away and straightened it out. My daughter's only complaint was that when they arrived the trash can was full and one bed was unmade; but those kind of things can happen. Otherwise, they said the apartment was clean, comfortable and perfectly located for their needs.

Loved the condo! It worked so well with our weekend plans in Tulsa. It was very clean and nice! When we got ready to turn on dishwasher as we were leaving there was no soap to leave dishwasher running. The Keurig was nice to have, but it would be nice to tell renters just to bring their own pods. We used the instant coffee found in the condo in the generic pod. We would have brought our own pods if we had known. Overall, this property was excellent! And would stay again.

BEST place to stay for a concert
The location of this property is AMAZING! We stayed for a concert at the BOK Center and it was right in the middle of a ton of places to eat and was only a short 15 minute walk to the BOK Center. Plus we were able to stay with several people for way cheaper than what a hotel room would have cost us. Would absolutely 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Busy week in Tulsa
Overall the location and property was great! Clean, plenty of room and well stocked for what I needed. I walked to a lot of the nearby restaurants which were all great. There’s a set of stairs to get up to the space, moving heavy luggage up and down was unexpected, but doable. I would stay again.

9.9/10 and that’s only because I didn’t like the couch lol We really enjoyed our stay! Super nice space and amenities! Superb location! Very nice host! And the building is quiet! I was afraid after reading some reviews about the train noise but it didn’t bother us at all. We slept like logs in the main bedroom!! Careful for the fire alarms! We were making garlic bread in the oven and something had dripped in the bottom of the oven and set the alarms off. 0/10 do not recommend, we couldn’t get them to turn off. Apparently, if they go too long, they go off all over the building and to our surprise brings about 3 for trucks to the building to turn them off. Lol smh fun times

Property was double booked!
I had an amazing weekend planned and it tuned into a total disaster. I booked this property and received the door codes and all the usual information. Arrived at the property, was able to get in to the front door, but once I was at the loft door, I could hear people in the unit. I tried my door code thinking maybe the noise was coming from another unit, but sure enough a young lady answered the door. They had booked the unit via another popular air booking site that this unit was double listed on. The property owner failed to check their emails and see they had double booked their property via two sites for the same dates and I was baggage in hand at their unit, ice and groceries melting in the heat, denied from my rental that it was realized. I’m so disappointed. I ended up in a subpar rental because I had to SCRAMBLE at 5pm on a Saturday and there was hardly a real apology more than “the calendars should have synced” YOU had my money. YOU had emails from two rental companies for booking dates and YOU as a property owner FAILED review your calendar to ensure your guests were covered. You rested on your laurels and ruined someone’s weekend without much concern or repercussion because you can simply refund my money…. Do better.

Michelle- I am sincerely sorry that this happened. I have been renting on VRBO and other sites for 10 years and have never had this happen before. I did attempt to find you other accommodations, offering to pay more than you had paid me for your booking to put you somewhere else. These offers were declined and so my only remaining option was to refund your money, which I did immediately. I work very hard to make sure that guests have a great experience during their stay and am sorry that I did not see that a glitch allowed overlapping bookings prior to your arrival. -Melody

Very cool condo
Had a great time at the very cool condo in the blue dome district of Tulsa. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars with a great view. Small hiccup when entering 1st time but was immediately resolved. AC worked great even during the 108-degree heat during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great loft in blue dome district
This loft is a great location in the blue dome district. Plenty of restaurants and bars just out your door. Area is more of nightlife scene at night. The room had a spectacular view of the local baseball teams firework show. Would highly recommend!

Great two bedroom option and appreciated the entryway space that allowed a safe place for bikes and any extras. (Be aware that there is a pretty good stairway to access the living space if anyone in your group has challenges that way.) Comfortable beds and quiet considering there is a train track and regular downtown noise. Larger bedroom has no outside walls or windows so great for sleeping. We arrived to find no laundry or dishwasher soap and needed another blanket and a new air mattress (a leak in the other) and the manager promptly provided all. Very responsive. Easy access to downtown activities and to areas around downtown. Highly recommend the space.

A great little getaway
Our big summer plans were canceled due to the pandemic but we wanted a little getaway so we drove 2 1/2 hours to Tulsa. The loft was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. All the homey touches were very thoughtful. I can’t say enough about the bedding because it was high-quality and soft and we got great sleep there. Because of the pandemic there were a lot of things that weren’t open but we were able to eat and great restaurants and do some nice shopping. Overall it was very Relaxing and that’s exactly what we wanted. Melody was great to work with and she was a very quick communicator. I’ve already told my friends who have kids at the University of Tulsa about this place. We would definitely go back.

Needs some simple amenities
The location is great. Although the place was clean, it was not stocked up well and some necessary amenities are not included. I think there was a little mess up with the property, which Melody responded to promptly but more was needed. Four people rented the place for three nights and there simply was not enough coffee or paper towels. It felt like we got the same amount of coffee that two folks would have had for one or two nights, not four guests for three nights. Coffee is crucial. Hand towels were not put out but we found them in the dryer. There was no bath mat for the smaller bathroom. Sadly, that shower door has a tendency to deposit a lot of water on the floor after use. A bath mat or two is necessary. There is absolutely no body soap in either bathroom. That's crazy. Keep in mind, the location is downtown so places to shop for more coffee or soap is limited. Check out the glassware, coffee mug, etc. situation for four people. Having at least four matching items (when the place sleeps four) makes it seem more luxurious, less like guests are camping. These are easy tweaks and would go a long way towards making this property a four star. Bath mats, soap, paper towels, and coffee. Ice cube trays would also be nice.
