「We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating, especially with our young girls. They even made sure we had convenient rooms that worked well for our family, which we truly appreciated.

「I tried to offer the "house specialty" of the only restaurant in the hotel - a hamburger - at the relative early hour of 6pm, and the waitress said in Spanish that they don't have it. Moreover, at midnight, when I was trying to sleep to wake up at 4:30am to go to the airport, there were rowdy crowds in the garden area where half the rooms are facing, and it went on for at least half an hour.」
