Dream location, feet in the sand, beautiful beach! However, some issues observed: the shared bathrooms are not always clean (from 11 am, it's a disaster, but unfortunately, it's the clientele that isn't clean, maybe multiple cleaning rounds should be scheduled throughout the day) The room is fairly clean and unique (maybe a television should be provided) Noise (especially avoid the left side of the hotel if you're sensitive to noise, the music from the adjacent beach club (techno) blasts the decibels during the day and especially on Saturdays (including at night)) [3]. The breakfast requires some new options from time to time (eating the same thing every day is average) The staff on-site are attentive; however, my partner and I were disappointed after our stay because they stumbled upon a fairly simple and common administrative procedure in France (proof of stay to get a refund for the trip), which we never received

The welcome was great from the lady that served me. They first gave me the wrong room but she immediately corrected it. The room was spacious and pleasant. The toilet area could use a little work. The cleaning staff are amazing but no english. The beach was always clean. Men worked very hard to clear away the seaweed from overnight. Some staff at the beach are pleasant but some have more of "guard" presentation and not friendly. The food is not exactly my cup of tea. A little blah for what you pay for. The breakfast was the same thing everyday and not great and no meat. Basic scrambled egg, some sort of tortilla chips and sauce, toast, flat dry pancakes, cut fruit and boxes of cereal. Basic coffee and tea. Overall for the location its far from anything else on the strip. Highly recommend transportation. The road to the hotel is very dark in comparison to farther down where all the restaurants and shopping are located. On the plus side its peaceful.

The pool was a simple hole in the floor with dirty, sandy, foamy, moldy water. I saved up for this vacation and the pictures shown, were definitely false advertising. I WANT A FULL REFUND. The comforter on the bed smelled dirty with a mixture of old lady perfume. It was disgusting to imagen someone else's sweat was still on that comforter. The lounge chairs kn the beach are rotting feel almost unsafe, like they are about to collapse when you lean on them, they wooden painted white, but peeling everywhere, the cushions are filthy. Very disappointing. I emailed them directly and didnt even respond, no apology nor acknowledging my email whatsoever. Thank you in advance for responding to my email and reuest. I have pictures if you need them. My email me and i will attach pictures.

Un endroit magique, hors du temps a quelque pas de la plage : palmier et sable blanc. Un service de qualité, de bons conseils pour notre excursion dans les cenotes. Les chambres et les commodites sont très propres. Par contre, dans la nuit un peu bruyant (génératieur électrique qui faisait un peu de bruit). The hotel room was nice but the air conditioner leaked into the room creating a musty odor. The property is awesome. Several restaurants and bars to choose from. If you walk on the road be careful, heavy traffic with very little room for pedestrians. The beach was some of the best that Mexico has to offer.

Tranquil Beauty
The Resort was the exact medicine we were looking for. Very low key semi-off the grid away from the corporate chains. We booked the only 3rd floor Panoramic Room they have and the breeze/views were incredibly mesmerizing. Friendly staff. Use the Bug bed net for sure.

Die Anlage ist super schön. Leider ging das Wasser in der Dusche nicht danach haben wir aber ein Upgrade bekommen und es war echt schön. Die Betten sind sehr hart, dafür war es aber nachts zum schlafen sehr ruhig. Das Meer war traumhaft und die liegen immer schön schattig. Leider war es nur schwer zu genießen da permanent extrem laute Musik gespielt wurde. Auch nach mehrfachen Bitten ,das es leiser gelacht wird, wurde es nicht geändert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war super nett, an der Bar eher weniger. Es gab jeden Tag Frühstücks Buffet was zwar einfach war jedoch sehr lecker.

Worst experience ever… they have misrepresented the property on their Instagram and my stay was less than ideal… they refused to honor the credit I was offered cause I literally had to leave … I’m so dissapointed, it’s not what it use to be and is run down and needs a complete revamp… just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

My girlfriend and I were there for her birthday and just needed to get away and we did just that! The property was beautiful, and the ease of access to the beach was better than any other hotel by a long shot The few things we did not like about the room were the beds. The sheets and comforters were great but the bed was as solid as a rock. We were greatly disappointed by this. We were there for 8 days and on the 3rd day it was really getting to us. We had the most expensive room so I doubt the others are any better The second was the bathroom. After no less than 5 minutes into your shower the area would be flooded due to poor drainage and the fact that there were no mats, only the hard slick rock to walk on made for a very easy slip/ fall hazard, which could easily end your vacation. The water that was used for the shower and for the sink to rinse your face or use for brushing your teeth was extremely salty. This is my first time in another country and so close to the beach, so I’m not sure if this is how the rest of the hotels there are but highly doubtful The third thing, false advertising! The pictures online of our room showed it to be two stories. This was not the case. Online they had a mixture of both top and bottom rooms for one listing, this was very misleading and wrong on their part All in all outside of those few things me and my girlfriend would definitely stay here again. The staff, the service, and the food was amazing. Fix the beds, we are coming back!

Enjoyed my stay. Not much to complain about. The water was salty but not salt water. Still clean. Annoying thing was that the temperature was not consistent but that happens in many hotels. No refrigerator, but A/C worked well. Not many towels, only two bath towels and one hand towel, but you get two beach towels too. The breakfast was good and you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Highlight of my day! You live right at the beach and can hear the ocean from your room. Absolutely lovely! No noise from the surrounding clubs. The area is jungle style, and with the bath being slightly open there was one bug on the wall when we arrived, but not a big deal. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and would do it again. Great jungle style luxury for a cheap rate.

L hotel corresponds aux photos. La plage est magnifique et entretenu. Le bar de plage est bien... Les prix sont un peu cher mais c est Tulum! Un parking dn face de l hotel est bien pratque c est un atout. Le petit dejeuner est simple mais ca fait le job ! Alors pourquoi seulement 3 etoiles..... Car coco tulum a un beach club comme voisin ..... Ils mettent la musique tres tres fort.... Ils ne respectent pas les heures de fermeture..... Un jour ils ont finit la soiree a 8h du matin. Un conseil refusez toutes les chambres cotes gauche de l hotel (depuis la rue). Par exemple nous avions la chambre 4 face a la plage.

Great property, friendly staff but if you don’t drive/rent a car the taxis are so overpriced more expensive than New York same goes for the food. Compared to Mexico City it’s much more expensive There is not much to do in the neighborhood it’s not really walkable, you can walk down the beach there are plenty bars and restaurants (expensive and food is ok ) but the beach is amazing. I traveled alone I felt safe

Sadly, Coco Tulum did not meet our expectations. Despite the marketing and social media, it’s not luxury accommodation. The rooms are tired, with broken appliances and furniture, stained bedding and towels and rundown buildings. I imagine 10 years ago it was much better, but now the whole place needs refurbishment.

El lugar está muy bonito, la relación calidad precio es excelente! Sales ganando como huésped, todo el personal es sumamente atento y servicial. El único detalle en los baños compartidos es que no había agua para lavarse los dientes, fuera de ahí todo es muy bueno
