First of all, thank you for having the time to write this review, for Hotelito Azul your feedback is very important. We are sad reading that the staff was that bad, we have been left with the impression of your check in raiting. We are aware of the time that the restaurants took to charge your bills and because of the outcome with you we are taking another look to the ongoing dynamic, that said we hope that you understand that as we told you at check in, it was better to set the bills directly with them. Hotelito Azul staff is well known for its kind service and quality, once again we extend you a big apology for the time spent on behalf of everyone here. Now for the music, we do not allow noise after the rooftop is closed at 11 pm, nor our next-door hotels. Our location is right in the middle of the coast and with a big sign at the entrance, we are sorry that you have missed it, also our security staff is always attentive to the arrivals so they can assist you with you luggage. Hope you come back to our paradise any time so we can reverse the check out feeling.

Dear Mary thank you for your rating and your comments, the room you were assigned was in the correct category which is an ocean view, to enjoy a full view of the sea we have the ocean front category, even so we did our best to please you and give you a better view in the same category you paid, regarding the ants we ask for your understanding because we are located between the jungle and the sea so even when we periodically apply products to keep the insects out we can not leave aside the fact of being located in an area surrounded by nature, the complimentary coffee is an amenity that is served only once in the morning at the time you designate at check in, so it is normal any other drink you request to the restaurants will be charged, for the issue with the daily cleaning we will pass the comment to the corresponding department to improve it. Dear Sadiq I am surprised to find this rating, especially given the close treatment you were given on arrival, at no time did you let us know that you disliked anything about the room, our description on the platform is clear about what is and is not in the room, if you had perhaps said what you wanted to find we could have offered you an upgrade to a location closer to the sea or to one of our jacuzzi suites where we even have a TV and a private jacuzzi, we would have liked to know what you were hoping to find so that it would not be as drab as you say. Estimado Omar, nos parece inapropiado que nos califique de esta manera cuando se hizo todo lo posible por asistirlo y complacerlo, se le entregó el tipo de habitación que compró a través de esta plataforma en la cual está perfectamente descrito el tipo de habitación que adquirió incluso con fotografías, se le hizo un cambio de habitación a una mejor posición dentro de su misma categoría y aún asi solicitó compensación económica la cual fue y sigue siendo improcedente pues no hubo ningún incumplimiento o falta de atención de parte nuestra, como sea le deseamos lo mejor.

Estimado Pablo, agradecemos tus comentarios y tu apreciación general de nuestras instalaciones, por otra parte lamentamos que tu experiencia se haya visto afectada por un servicio que aun cuando no pertenece al hotel; nuestro staff facilita el acceso al mismo, por lo cual asumimos que no nos es totalmente ajena la responsabilidad, sin embargo te pedimos tengas en consideración que independientemente de donde lo contratases las fallas mecanicas son inesperadas y susceptibles de ocurrir, sobra las reservas que no pudieron concretarse solamente podemos argumentar que siempre fueron comunicadas con poco tiempo de anticipación en una temporada muy concurrida por lo que los sitios se llenan con anticipación incluso desde dias antes por lo que aun insistiendo no se lograron, respecto a su ultimo comentario es necesario aclarar que la categoría que usted reservó tiene vista lateral al mar y los baños no estan de manera alguna en una posición que permitan observarlo, Hotelito Azul le desea un feliz retorno a casa.
