Please do not smoke inside the condo. If you smoke in the balcony, please make sure your smoke does not fly into another unit. You have two balconies and very nice neighbors :)

The condo can host up to 4 people.

Available for Long term rentals as well. Please inquire, but during high season, prices are rather high.

There is an ADDITIONAL ELECTRICITY charge that is calculated by the KW usage after your stay. It is not much, roughly $5 pesos per KW, and it is intended to make you remember to turn off the A/C when you are NOT there, not really to discourage you from using it.

FOR MONTHLY BOOKINGS we require that the guest would hire us to provide a weekly cleaning service that is only $600 mex pesos per visit
