The Space:

Welcome to Casa Sol, the perfect home base for the Tulum vacation of your dreams. Sitting right on the beach, the ocean is just outside your back door. Spend the afternoon lounging on the sand, napping in one of your hammocks, or playing in your private pool.



Inside, you’ll find a an open layout and stylish, comfortable furnishings. The well-equipped, full kitchen makes meal prep easy, and there’s room for the whole group at mealtime between the indoor dining table and alfresco table on your patio. After a day in the sun, let the AC splits cool you down while you relax in the living room on the oversized sectional. Watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media.



A restful night’s sleep awaits in any of the four bedrooms, including one in a separate casita with an en suite bath. Both upstairs bedrooms in the main house feature oceanfront balcony access as well. With so much room to spread out, an unbeatable oceanfront location, and style to spare.







* Bear in mind that this property has a maximum capacity of 12 Adults. Any extra person will result on a 50 USD fee per day per person and is subject to the property discretion, needs to be notified prior arrival.



Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Getting Around:

If you want to explore, central Tulum is around 11 miles south.



Please take into consideration that the road to the property it’s not paved. A car is a must to visit the region and 4x4 is highly recommended during raining season (Jul - Nov)



Other Things to Note:

Be aware that there may be temporary power interruptions during your stay due to weather-related circumstances in Bahia Tankah.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
