The Novotel staff are polite. The checkin was easy, quick and we appreciated the checkout time of 2pm as our flight is late. It’s difficult to find Novotel when you come out of the MTR. Take a lift to level 2 and it’s near Uni Glo. Very convenient location and shopping was fun here.

The breakfast buffet was not free. We paid for them. They were very good. The cook who prepares eggs shouldn't also be in charged of preparing noodles soup. Oftentimes we have to wait for quite a while at either stations. One cook for one station.

I did not arrive until after midnight. It was disappointing that the shuttle stops running at 11:40 but that seems to be the case and all of the hotels that have a free airport shuttle. There was a long wait for the taxi and it cost HK$100 which was less than $15 USD. The taxis do not take credit cards and so I had to walk back into the building and use a cash machine.The staff at the hotel,welcomed me to the hotel and my room was spotless and comfortable. After 24 hours of travel, I slept well. The breakfast buffet was a good value.

Great and easy option for HK

Breakfast was great, with a full range of western and Asian foods of good quality. Staff were professional friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was easy to find and catch. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows.
