很糟糕的住宿體驗
這次是為了逛東薈城所以選擇了旁邊的Novotel，撇開東薈城已經跟以前不太一樣，變得很難逛了之外，只談飯店本身只能說一言難盡，的確，飯店下面就是商場是很方便，但飯店的硬體設施完全不及格，床的旁邊沒有插座，其他插座都離床很遠，而且桌子上USB充電孔是壞掉的，因為沒有帶轉接頭，詢問後櫃檯人員只借給我們一個轉接頭單孔USB，而且是他們櫃檯自己人的，也就是飯店本身並沒有提供出借轉接頭的服務，房間沒有浴缸，雖說表面上有乾濕分離，但洗澡的水會從下面縫隙噴到隔壁衛生間，房間提供的水是鋁箔包裝，長得很像小罐的椰子汁，泡茶泡咖啡根本不夠，雖然說打電話跟他們要房務也會再拿幾罐過來，但總有種多此一舉的感覺，早餐雖然選擇不算少，但連個果汁都沒有，整間飯店唯一值得讓人稱讚的就是洗髮精沐浴乳的味道是我喜歡的。這應該是我第一次，也是最後一次選擇Novotel。

一些基本檢查都沒有做，淋浴門關不上、冰箱完全唔凍都唔知。另外，訂房時已註明3人入住、2大1小，但現場只有兩對拖鞋，要打電話要求才提供（還說沒有小童尺碼）。
