「Booked a king room. Got there and the room was upstairs, but I can't do stairs because of a prosthetic leg, so they gave us a dbl queen (downstairs) because they don't have an elevator. Then there were small bugs in the room and at the entrance doors, the caulking in the tub area was horrible, cracking and not well maintained.
