What you are booking: An entire family-friendly detached house in a quiet area close to grocery shops (bakers, butchers, supermarkets) as well as open meadows, forests and fields. Comfort is guaranteed: Timelessly renovated, with upscale amenities and inspiring heart. Tuningen is idyllically situated at an altitude of 750m between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alb with numerous excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity.

Ground floor:
Spacious living-dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and barista coffee machine. Antique dining table. Tiled stove (centrally fired with heating oil).
Comfortable sofa invites you to relax and enjoy the home cinema system. Piano.
Winter garden with citrus plants, further dining table, table football, toys.
Guest WC.

First floor with 3 bedrooms and a spacious bright bathroom.
Room 1: A king-size bed (200 x 200 cm), a comfort bed ("Hüssler Nest").
Room 2: Double bed (140 x 200 cm) and desk.
Room 3: Two single beds (90 x 200 cm), children's books and toys and a desk.

Basement: Bedroom 4 and laundry room.
Bedroom 4: Day bed pulls out to 160 x 200cm, desk, Smart TV.
Laundry room: Washing machine and dryer.

Garden: Detached house surrounded by a garden with two shady apple trees. A barbecue is available for use. Two parking spaces on the property and further free parking on the street.
An electric car can be charged at the house if the charging power is limited to 2.4kW. 22kW connection at 800m.

Wir waren zu 4 und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser großer Sohn 3, 5 Jahre war total begeistert. Da Fam. Engelking alles an Spielsachen, Büchern und Spielen da hat die sich ein Kind nur wünschen kann. Und das Haus war mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Und die Gastgeberinnen vor Ort waren sehr sehr nett und haben sich toll um einen gekümmert wenn es Probleme gab oder man Hilfe brauchte. Lg Stephi mit Familie

Sowohl als Familie, als auch alles Gruppe von Erwachsenen kann man hier eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Der Garten bietet gemütliche Schattenplätze und auch im Haus kann man es sich im Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich machen. Vor allem die Multimedia Anlage mit Beamer und Apple TV lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist überdurchschnittlich für Ferienhäuser. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

We stayed in this house for four days during June 2019, in our vacation to the black forest. The house is very clean and well equipped with all one can need. The location of the house is very comfortable - just 2 minutes from big supermarket, and 3 minutes from highway 81, giving fast access to far points of interest, together with fast access to close ones (just 35 minutes from Triberg and Schonach). The communication with the owner, Elias, is very fast and fluent. The neighborhood in Tuningen is so quiet that one can hear his own thoughts :-) This house is highly recommended, and we definitely be happy to stay in this house again in our next visit to the black forest.
