Amazingly Nice
"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and had two sitting areas. Bathroom had a nightlight which was a thoughtful feature. Room service food was quick, reasonably priced and very good. Breakfast buffet was good. Housekeeping staff were very thorough each day."

"This is not my first time to the Berge du lac hotel and it is always as comfortable and professional as before, I spent an excellent stay with as bonus a superb view on the lac and of course I will come back soon."

The only issues i had was the doors were not sound proof i could here it every time the room next to me opened the door or was cleaned, the other being that the phones in room were not working and i had to order from bathroom phone.
