The new room had mosquitos as the AC was off and the bathroom window was open. The put one water bottle for double room and two adults. When i asked for water they charged me although I was checking out 4 days earlier than my booking and leaving without refund. And the bed sheets, the towls had marks. Breakfast was awful. Dont book it!”

“Great place to stay in Tunis. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is really clean. The complimentary breakfast was a lifesaver before going out to do fun stuff.”

“As a five stars hotel it really match but all waiter's eyes show that they want to get tip even they do nothing. Wifi is poor in our room and in the first time they forget to activities our account. And don't know why the toiletries only for one person but we book the room for two person. By the way you can have your breakfast in your room that is nice.”
