Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room cleaning needs improvement as it was quite dusty and dirty. Also, it must be a cultural thing but they should have an outside designated smoking area since smoking is allowed in the lobby, and there's no way to escape the cigarette smoke when walking through it, which was a problem for us because our children have asthma. Breakfast was pretty basic but they have in the lobby an expresso machine where you can buy coffee. The hotel is located on a very busy street in the city. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly.
Great place to stay short walk to Downtown and Medina. Spotlessly clean and the room was cleaned every day and toiletries and towels refreshed . WiFi was good and 24h reception . Large rooms only a 10-15 minutes drive from the airport, close to the tram station supermarket next door , launderette and many other amenities on the same road. Very friendly staff honestly couldn't ask for more.
The locatiin isn't the best, the hotel has some good intent, but the facilities are fast deteriorating. The receptionist was good, always ready to attend to issues but there were too many of them. The AC in the main sleeping area wasn't working. The bathroom fllor, bath floor and roof weren't in good state.
I arrived feeling under the weather. A doctor was called, prescription picked up, and the staff looked out for me. It was asking a lot, I know, but they were champs. Thank you.
The facilities, location and breakfast were all good. Reasonably priced, too. There was a nearby laundry mat where I had a load of laundry done for 18 dinar, or $3 Canadian. Compare that to a hotel in Buenos Aires that charged $150!
Yes, clean and a wonderful manager who was so,so helpful.
Our room had no windows - felt a bit claustrophobic.
Good breakfast - especially appreciated the fruit.
Its a modest hotel well located in the city center, what made my experience incredible was the amazing guy at the front desk, he will do everything to make you feel welcome and to give you advice on town
The bathroom shower flooded. It was clogged up. Dirty shower water was seeping into my living space it was disgusting. The attendant lady was so rude and disrespectful. She told me there’s nothing she could do. The TV channels did not work. The Internet in my room did not work. They told me there is a problem with the Internet in the third floor. this was a terrible experience. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
