「Weired 4 stars hotel. Doesnt feel like a hotel. Poor breakfast. Evening night club...unberable noise right through to the room. Impossible to sleep. It depends on the vibe you are looking for...not for husiness.」

「The staff are generally very nice especially the maid preparing breakfast to us, she is very attentive. The properties is inside an alleys, you may not able to park the car in the alleys, someone with very high skill in maneuvering car in alleys may find it ok. The wifi is not connected to our room, it serves in the common living room where you have breakfast. Also, you need to ring the bell of main door to gain entry, it is not common to other dwelling. 」

「The idea of turning an old Riad to a hotel is a nice one. Beautiful architecture but the beds, the bath room, the doors into the rooms, the furniture they all need upgrades. You can have the charm but not provide comfort. As nice as the ceiling or the entrance door, etc were, the door to the room was so hard to open and close. 「We loved the place because it reminded us of our grandparents homes. The staff was excellent from Front Desk (Hassain) to Breakfast/Housekeeping (Ahchaik, Reman, Azza) As per Breakfast there was a variety and good enough to get you going for the day. The room itself was good too (smart tv, electric kettle w/ tea supplies provided). The location is in the heart of the city making it easy to see all the attractions.」
