「Excellent hotel , service personnel piscine ect.... tout est parfait」

「Très bon hôtel, personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un souci dès notre arrivée (de nuit), notre chambre avait une odeur nauséabonde et la clim faisait un bruit infernal. Le lendemain matin nous avons pu changer de chambre. Repas très bons et variés. Animation correcte.」

「The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one.」

「Hotel 3-stars max. They have a wifi but no internet. The food is terrible. Plan on eating outside the hotel like we did. Pool is dirty and the towels look and feel like they served for 2 decades」

「No Internet in the Rooms . My Mum had to stay in The Lobby at all the time to have wifi Access. Rather than That wonderful Stay.」
