Great hostel, great location

Well designed, clean and quiet hostel with a very friendly staff. It's located in a quiet area just next to the main square and the bus terminal. The only disadvantage is that credit cards are not accepted here.

Cómo y relajante.

Excelente experiencia. La cama estaba gigante, la habitación cómoda y limpia. La atención del Sr Juan, muy buena. El desayuno delicioso. La ubicación del lugar es ideal, porque está alejada del bullicio del centro del pueblo, pero igual se puede llegar a la plaza principal caminando. Muy seguro y tranquilo. Tiene estacionamiento cómodo. Lo único malo fue que a la madrugada escuhé bastante los perros que cuidan el lugar, pero nada grave.

Basic, comfortable, and totally worth the price

Cheap, simple place with strong hot water, good WiFi, and close to the bus station. Paid 10k COP for laundry. Had a simple room in what was an otherwise empty house at the time.

Grote kamers maar kan beter.

Ze hebben onze boeking niet doorgekregen waardoor ze onvoorbereid waren op onze komst. Ondanks taalbarriere (men sprak enkel Spaans) is dat toch nog goedgekomen. Ontbijt zeer karig voor een familie B&B, had iets beters verwacht.

REVISAR LOCALIZACIÓN DEL HOTEL EN EL MAPA

la localización en el mapa no es correcta, si localizas a una (1) cuadra del parque principal es atractivo, pero la realidad es que está a 7 cuadras y no precisamente dentro del centro histórico, eso es desafortunado por la expectativa, sin embargo es un buen hotel en la relación costo beneficio.

hospedaje hostal el pino

En la reservacion indicaban que eran 3 habitaciones con baño privado; lo cual es falso. Las habitaciones estaban separadas (una en el primer piso, si con baño; y las otras dos en el segundo piso, con baño compartido). Nos incumplieron las condiciones y lo peor fue que nos toco aceptarlas debido a que ya sábado de puente y en horas de la noche, era imposible conseguir otra habitación (sobre todo porque eramos 6, incluido un niño de 3 años, el cual no podíamos exponer a la aventura de buscar una habitación imposible de conseguir.

Hotel comodo, limpio y bonito

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, el personal muy amable, el lugar comodo, aseado y bonito, el unico detalle no agradable fue que reservamos una habitación con baño privado y nos dieron una con baño compartido; pero hoteles.com nos respondio por el inconveniente

Buena relación calidad precio.

Es un buen hotel. El administrador es cordial y muy atento. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda. La ubicación es ideal para dejar el carro en el parqueadero y salir a caminar por la ciudad. El hotel no tiene muchos servicios, pero se puede encontrar de todo a pocas cuadras del mismo.

No repetiria.

Hotel muy modesto con habitación muy básica. El wifi no llega a las habitaciones y por las noches no se disponía de agua caliente. La primera noche nos comentaron que fue una averia pero que no pasaría mas. La segunda otra vez sin agua. Casualidad o norma general??
