It was ok

It is a nice hotel, but during my visit the air conditioner was not working. The location of the hotel is not the prettiest area of Turin. The room was clean and good decorated, bed was comfortable. Stuff was great. There is no option for the lunch or dinner at the hotel but a lot of other places around (not the best) It was OK for three days business trip.

The hotel was in good condition, we reported the heat was unbearable the first night night and that the air con was not working, we were told the air con was switched off because it was November, the hotel should be mindful of ambient temperature and respond in line with this; the receptionist was rude when informed of this and the advice was to open a window. other than this the staff were very good for our stay, the traffic noise outside the hotel and passing people were a problem, ear plugs are advised if staying here.

The location was convenient, right next to a bus stop and a shop that sells tickets, with many restaurants nearby as well. Breakfast was nice, and we had a pleasant stay in our room.

The staff amazing, breakfast very limited and need more staff on pick times, the room was big and solid, the shower unfortunately is a hassle, the water going out the doors, the room very thin walls can hear the noise on other rooms, other than that very good and we enjoyed

Dans l'ensemble satisfait même si nous n'avons pas inauguré le petit déjeuner par choix. Les points forts : la propreté et le parking Les points faibles : un hôtel un peu vieillissant (visuel extérieur) comme ma salle de bain qui airaient besoin dun bon coup de modernité. Et le bidet qui était mal placé pour pouvoir se laver.
