Great place!

We are very thankful to Graziella and Renato for our rest in Torino! The most complicated part was that we arrived at New Year eve, on December 31 - and, of course, we worried a bit about check-in. We were vere happy that the hosts let us check-in earlier than the conditions allowed and this granted us almost with a half of a day for walking in Torino! The apartment is incredibly cozy, comfortable and there vere nice Christmas details that made everything very nice and festive. It was also pleasant to get nice welcome presents - fruits, chockolate, coffee, tea, cookies, etc. The building itself is charming - high ceilings, very clean, it looks some kind of aristocratic one - the same we can say about the apartment. Both beds - we were four - were convenient and cozy with very good linnen and pillows (the las usually is very important foe us). the kitchen had everything one can need. And again the plates and other cuisine utensils are really beatiful and each breakfast was very festive thanks to it. So, we highly recommend the place!! Thank you a lot, Graziella and Renato!!

nice hosts, nice apartment

The apartment is situated in an interesting area and very close to many must-see places of Turin. The hosts are very attentive and congenial! They even gave us a lot of recommendations for our stay in Turin. We enjoyed a lot to stay in this apartment, which is very well equipped. They offered even fruits, coffee a.s.o. We would choose the place again for sure!

Séjour très agréable, logement et accueil chaleureux

Nous avons passé une excellent we en famille: l'accueil de Graziella a été charmant et ses conseils de visites et restaurants très appréciés. Le logement est très bien situé, propre et coquet, avec du charme à l'italienne. Nous reviendrons, c'est sur.

Buona posizione, appartamento comodo

Appartamento spazioso e perfetto per 4 persone, comodo per raggiungere le principali attrazioni sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici (due fermate tram/autobus vicinissime). Ben servito per negozi di alimentari (uno fronte casa), mercato frutta e verdura giornaliero, pizzerie e locali nelle vicinanze. Proprietari gentilissimi nel dispensare consigli sulla città.

A Torino...comfort come a casa propria

Ho soggiornato con mio marito per due notti in questo appartamento ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Mole Antonelliana e con una gradevole camminata lungo la centralissima Via Po si arriva in Piazza Castello e in Piazza Carignano. L'appartamento che, come ricorda il suo nome, in passato è stato anche dimora delle cantanti del Trio Lescano, è molto curato. Ampia camera da letto, cucina fornita di tutti gli accessori per la colazione e per gli altri pasti della giornata e un grazioso salottino dove ci si può rilassare leggendo sul divano o guardando la tv. Anche il bagno è ben arredato e tutto funziona perfettamente. Molto gradita la gentile accoglienza dei proprietari che ci hanno fornito utili indicazioni per muoverci in città. Se ci capita torneremo sicuramente.

Lovely apartment in central location

Graziella and Renato were utterly charming and so helpful. They provided maps, helped with the luggage, called to check on how we were doing. The apartment itself is lovely and well-located, with a grocery store across the street and a tram line right outside. It's near the Po River and centrally located. We found we could walk many of the places we wanted to go. One bedroom does get quite a bit of street noise especially on the Saturday night we were there. But closing the windows and the shutters helped a lot. (And I always travel with earplugs.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay. In fact we extended it by two days!

Splendido soggiorno

Appartamento stupendo e comodissimo sia per i comfort di cui è dotato che per l'ubicazione. Proprietari due persone squisite e gentilissime. Consiglio caldamente questo appartamento a chi vuole fare una vacanza nella sempre splendida ed elegante Torino.

appartement chaleureux, central mais bruyant

Hôtesse ponctuelle, réactive et sens de l'accueil. A notre arrivée, corbeille de fruits, biscuits, pâtes, sauce tomate, tout le basique est à disposition dans l'appartement (café, thé, huile, savon etc.). Nos hôtes nous ont indiqué un garage pour laisser la voiture, ils nous y ont même accompagnés, 15euros la journée à 2 pas du logement, très pratique. Emplacement central, très agréable, le Pô est tout près aussi pour une belle promenade. L'appartement est agréable et chaleureux, literie confortable, linges de bain en abondance et appartement bien chauffé, (ascenseur même si 1er étage, agréable pour les bagages), des guides sympas sur Turin (en italien) et même de la lecture. Je ne sais pas s'il y a du Wifi. Mais et oui un bémol, c'est bruyant, pour la nuit prévoir des boules Quies.

Eine schöne und gepflegte Wohnung in der Altstadt Turins

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so bequem als möglich zu gestalten. Man sollte allerdings Italienisch- oder Französischkenntnisse haben, um gut kommunizieren zu können. Man darf zudem nicht so lärmempfindlich sein, denn um die kleine Wohnung braust der Verkehr und die Geräusche des italienischen Lebens im Stadtzentrum. Die Parksituation ist ebenfalls nicht ganz einfach und kann einiges extra kosten, allerdings ist diese Wohnung gut geeignet, wenn man die Altstadt Turins zu Fuß erkunden will und viele Kirchen und Museen besuchen möchte. Am besten sollte man wohl mit der Bahn anreisen. Insgesamt war es schön und wir konnten trotz allem gut schlafen.

ERSTE ADRESSE IN TURIN

Wir, Regisseur und Journalistin, waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in der allgemein leider weit unterschätzten italienischen Metropole Turin und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Graziella und Renato in der Via Artisti sehr genossen. Die beiden sind fantastische Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist, um es kurz zu sagen, einfach super! Die Lage ein Traum. Das Viertel mit seinen Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Menschen ideal, wenn man typisch italienisches Flair abseits des Tourismus genießen will, obwohl der schönste Platz von Turin, Piazza Vittorio, in nur vier Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Frei parken kann man in der Straße nicht, aber Graziella und Renato haben gute Tipps. Für uns ist die Wohnung ab sofort die erste Adresse in Turin. Wir kommen wieder!

Appartement sympa, tout comme les propriétaires

Bel appartement, bien entretenu, idealement situé par rapport au centre ville (à proximité du musée du cinéma) avec un parking gratuit à dix minutes à pieds. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, tout à fait charmants. Un lit qui grince et beaucoup d'animation dans la rue ont par contre entaché un peu notre sommeil.

Tolle Wohnung im Herzen der Turiner Altstadt

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung. Diese ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alle interessanten Plätze und Gebäude in der Altstadt sind fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Vermieterehepaar Graziela und Renato ist sehr freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Soggiorno di 5 giorni

Siamo appena rientrata da 5 giorni trascorsi a Torino, Casa Lescano. L'appartamento è risultato più bello di quello visualizzato nel sito. La posizione è ottima e muovendosi a piedi abbiamo potuto vedere molto e usufruire al massimo il ns tempo. Il fatto che poi abbiamo trovato a disposizione delle provviste (pasta, sale, olio, caffè, biscotti, frutta) per poter aver subito un pasto e la colazione, per noi, è stato sicuramente un valore aggiunto. La Signora Graziella e il Signor Renato sono stati gentilissimi e pieni di buoni consigli. Grazie! Sicuramente un ritorno a Torino mi porterà a Casa Lescano e lo consiglierò ad amici.

Perfecta base per a visitar el Torí històric

La casa és cèntrica, a dues passes del Po, de la plaça Vittorio Veneto i de la Mole Antonelliana. Molt ben comunicada amb transport públic (tramvies, autobusos) que passen fregant-la (això genera l'únic problema objectiu del pis: el soroll inevitable al vespre i, sobretot, a la matinada). L'entorn compta amb comerços, restaurants, bars i el mercat de Santa Giulia ben a prop. L'arquitectura de la casa és característica de l'època de Mussolini, en el millor dels sentits: modernitat i bon gust. El pis és molt agradable, d'acord amb la descripció que en fa l'anunci, amb equipaments moderns perfectes, molta cura en tot tipus de complements (cuina, bany), llibres interessants i una selecció de mobles antics ben bonics i útils. Els llits són amplis i molt còmodes. Una menció a part mereixen els propietaris, Graziella i Renato, dues persones extraordinàriament agradables de tracte, plenes de detalls envers els seus hostes, que són tractats com a tals i no com a simples turistes. A l'arribada ens hem trobat amb una provisió d'aliments generosa i bona, que permet de fer un primer àpat sense sortir de casa. No és que la nostra estada hagi topat amb problemes, però hem tingut sempre la certesa de poder comptar amb el seu suport.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Graziella und Renato sind die nettesten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Ihre Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lichtdurchflutet. Obwohl der vorbeiziehende Verkehr deutlich hörbar ist, kann man sich in dieser Wohnung richtig wohlfühlen. Alle interessanten Plätze in der Altstadt sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Versorgen kann man sich im supermarkt gleich gegenüber und in den vielen kleinen Einzelhandelsgeschäften (inkl. täglichem Markt) gleich in der Nähe. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Jolie appartement en centre ville

Nous avons passé un bon week-end en famille dans l’appartement de Graziella et Renato. L’appartement est propre, spacieux et bien placé pour visiter Turin à pieds. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans la rue devant l’immeuble. Certes on entend le tram et les voitures mais tout était précisé dans l’annonce donc ce ne fût pas une surprise. Notre fille de 3 ans avait un lit bébé dans la chambre. Et il y avait encore de la place pour y mettre le 2e lit bébé que nous avions apporté. Un grand Merci pour l’accueil fort sympatique de Graziella et Renato, pour la corbeille de fruits et pour les friandises offertes à notre fille. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils pour visiter et pour faire nos courses, notamment une très bonne patisserie juste à côté de l’appart pour trouver des biscuits fondants aux amandes…

Tolle komfortable Wohnung

Tolle gepflegte Altbauwohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung in wirklich toller Lage. Wir haben alles genauso vorgefunden wie beschrieben und waren begeistert. Sehr nette und grosszügige Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert. Danke für Alles!!!

Bonne adresse à retenir

Appartement idéalement placé, proche du centre ville et des principaux lieux touristiques. Tout est accessible à pied. Très bon accueil, appartement tel que décrit dans l'annonce avec beaucoup de charme. Idéal pour un couple avec enfant Garage gardé à proximité
