The property overlooks the pedestrian area of Viale XXIV Maggio, placing you just steps from all local amenities. Collegno train station is a 5-minute walk away, offering direct connections to both Turin and the Susa Valley. In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach the Fermi metro station, the line’s terminus. Several bus lines in the area connect Collegno with Turin and surrounding towns.
Just a short walk away is the Certosa di Collegno park—a large green space with areas for art, sports, and children, as well as a branch of the University of Turin. During summer, the park hosts events and concerts.
