The loft features an entrance into an open-plan living area, where the contrast between neutral-toned walls and metal and wood elements creates a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere. At the center of the room is a comfortable sofa with a smart TV. The loft extends vertically with a mezzanine, accessible via a steel and wood staircase, where an elegant studio offers an open view of the living space below, perfect for those seeking a quiet corner to work or study. Adjacent to the living area is a modern kitchen, equipped with the latest appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. It blends seamlessly with the rest of the space. You can access a lovely private terrace from the kitchen, a small corner overlooking the inner courtyard, perfect for enjoying a break outdoors. The bedroom is an intimate and refined space, characterized by clean lines and high-quality materials. Soft lighting and sophisticated finishes create a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for rest.
