The house is located in the historic center of the city, in the Balôn district, between the Dora river and the old market, just a 5-minute walk from Turin Cathedral; this is the perfect location to comfortably discover the true heart of the city.
At Balounette we do not apply extra costs for end of stay cleaning! We will be happy to welcome guests who leave the accommodation tidy and in good condition, providing only an ordinary cleaning service. Otherwise a payment of 20 euros will be required on your departure for extra ordinary cleaning (dirty dishes in the sink, dustbin scattered around the house etc).
The apartment is located on the top floor (top floor), accessed via a lift or condominium stairs and enjoys excellent quiet and silence; it has a comfortable BEDROOM with a 2m long mattress, therefore also suitable for taller people like me! There is a walk-in closet where you can hang clothes comfortably, a chest of drawers and shelves for sweaters and sweaters.
THE KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need; oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob (there is no gas in the house and this makes it safer for guests too). A small survival kit is also provided with the usual things you don't take on vacation like salt, sugar, oil etc .. the famous "basics"!
IN THE LIVING ROOM there is a double sofa bed for any additional guests, a TV with DVD player and an audio system, as well as some books and magazines available! The sofa can be prepared as a single bed ONLY for bookings of 3 people.
IN THE BATHROOM there is a washing machine, a large well-lit mirror, a hairdryer, a comfortable shower with a large shower head that gives great satisfaction;)
There is WIFI as well as air conditioning.
Heating is centralized with independent thermovalves.
For maximum security, the house is equipped with an armored door.
In the apartment you will find clean sheets and towels together with a small welcome kit consisting of shampoo, soap, shower gel, a bottle of water and a little sweet thought.
For any questions, problems or advice, they are available to guests and it will be a pleasure to help you with information on museums, places not to be missed and advice on restaurants etc. Inside the apartment you will find some tourist material about Turin and above all my precious and personal guide on where to eat well in the city!

THE BEDROOM is comfortable, with a 2 meter long mattress, suitable for tall people like me!

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob. (A gas free accommodation is safer for all).
You'll find basics, such as salt, sugar, oil, which nobody likes traveling with!
In the LIVING ROOM, there is a sofa bed, 140x190 which is comfortable for an adult, or two children. There is a TV with DVD player and an audio equipment too.

The flat has WIFI and AIR-CONDITIONING.
The warming of the flat is centralized, can be modulated by yourself according to your dream temperature: it's working perfectly so that you could also sleep with a t-shirt in December;)
The entrance door is a security door for you peace of mind and safety.
