"Beautiful resort right on a gorgeous beach. Food was excellent, especially at the Greek à la Carte. Giorgos (king of Crete) and Ioannis were the best. Very personable, funny, and full of great travel tips. We would come back for them alone. House keeping was a bit inconsistent, but not a big deal. Would like to see more authentic Greek food on buffet. The items are there, but are somewhat Americanized. Overall though, we loved the food. Hope to come back next year."

"For starters the staff at Corinna Mare is exceptional - they really look after you and take care of you and best of all super genuine and polite and nice! The property is always well maintained, the beach is literally in their backyard and the dual pools is bonus. One thing you must do is have dinner there - I promise you it is so worth it if you have dorado fish - chefs kiss! The roof we had near the front adjacent to the gate and it had two balconies - one in the bedroom and one in the kitchenette/living space. Used them both at night and it’s such a peaceful treat to have after a long day of excursions and driving. I would definitely come back and stay - I don’t have anything negative to really say here. They even do your laundry for a small fee! Excellent job Corinna Mare team!"

"The hotel is isolated close to the Samaria gorge’s trail departure. It’s perfect if you plan to visit the gorge. The hotel is a little outdated but it offers everything you need for your stay and is very affordable. The plus is the team. All of them are super nice and they make your stay unforgettable. I recommend everyone to get there just to enjoy being treated nicely in a very natural way."
