“Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Navii Estates and would recommend it to family, family with kids or……

“(Note: The bed photo shows the unmade bed before checkout.) This place delivers exactly what's promised - a clean, quiet room at hostel-level pricing with more comfort and privacy. The space was tidy with all basics covered including bathroom amenities. The host was particularly helpful when I arrived late (10pm) and had trouble with the electronic locks, and even let me park in his driveway when street parking was tight on garbage day. Two things to note: parking can be challenging on garbage……

“The suite has all the amenities you need and it is new and well taken care of. Perfect for what we needed for our one night stay. It is a little far out of Calgary however it worked for us and our plans! There is a great playground in the area. Nelson was a great host. ”
