「The facilities are so run down, mould in the bathroom, doors that dont fit, general decor is tatty and the rooms are dirty. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ok, although just a little greasy. We wouldnt stay here again but based on cost, you get what you pay for. Poor doos Waterside......」

「We were evacuated to a Holiday Inn in Westhill at early morning because of a gas leak. The staff were most helpful, the breakfast the previous morning was sufficient. As we are both in our eighties was quite stressful. Ann」

「Hotel certainly fine, but our room (128) was terribly placed for being woken at 6am by pounding techno music and someone screaming over a PA system to motivate a gym class …. Had an early morning appointment in the vicinity and only stayed in hotel so I could get a long lie instead of waking up at 6am at home …. If you like sleeping at 6am you’d be advised to ask to stay on a higher floor or the other end… no idea where the sound was coming from but once it woke us up it was too annoying to get...

「The hotel was great, it is years since I stayed here and I must admit I was a bit dubious but it was fantastic. We stayed as a family with grandchildren etc and the staff could not be more welcoming and very friendly. We will certainly be returning.」
