「Excellent central location near some very good shops and restaurants. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful in organising taxis and trips. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice」

「Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sechsspurigen Schnellstraße. Auf der einen Seite verläuft unmittelbar diese Straße, auf der anderen Seite liegt der Vansee. Wir reisten gemeinsam mit Freunden an. Aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen erhielten unsere Freunde ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, während uns ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite zugewiesen wurde. Das Personal an der Rezeption war wenig hilfsbereit und konnte uns keine Erklärung für die Zimmerverteilung geben. Da wir drei Nächte im Hotel verbrachten,...

「My in-laws spent a night here, and were very happy with their stay. Their room was clean, staff were friendly, helpful and nice, specially Fereshte, who had helped them alot. All in all they had a great experience.」

「Bungolovda konakladik. İçi iyi manzara güzel ama çok soğuktu. Petekleri yaktılar ama sabaha karşı kapattıkları için üşüdük. Açık büfe kahvaltısi bu yaşıma kadar yediğim kahvaltıları arainda en kotu olanıydı.ac kalırsınız.」

「Clean, friendly staff, good wifi, and delicious breakfast. The only problem was that there was no AC in the room, and it was sometimes hot.」

「We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. 」

「The room provided to my family was not the room I booked and paid for. I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. When my sister raised the issue at reception, she was incorrectly told that this was the room booked. This amounts to a misrepresentation of the accommodation offered and paid for.」

「The in-room amenities were quite limited — there was no kettle or coffee maker, and one of the beds was not in good condition. However, the breakfast was good.」
