Arrived at 4:30pm and room was not ready. When I asked if they would call me when the room was ready all she kept saying was I can’t check you in until the room is ready no timeframe or offer to assist in any way
Breakfast at 8:00am most everything was gone. I asked for some bread for a piece of toast and they brought me a stale obviously 3 day old piece of bread. When I asked for something not stale and hard they brought me frozen bread. All the time acting like I was putting them out for such a small request.
Suggest all the staff get a course in customer service!
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel not the level of service you would expect from a Hilton Brand for sure

When I went to check out the desk lady refused to give me a print out of my bill which I NEEDED for it was a business trip. She said she couldn't and that the copy of the bill would have to come from Expedia!
One desk clerk said I could get it and then the next morning I was denied a copy!!!!!
What do you expec t me to do now?

Went to check in at 6:30 and did not have any rooms available for the large group of people trying to check in with confirmed reservations. Waited for about 45 minutes and still no room so had to leave to go out to dinner with my suitcase in tow and not able to change or shower. When finally got back to the hotel they no longer had the room they had promised would be available when I left and got a room that I did not book instead. The staff was kind and helpful but the situation was horrible.

This hotel has potential but is under staffed and the employees working are over worked and unhappy. When we checked into our room, they did not have any clean towels, and we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. The second day we were there housekeeping never came to make up our room. We paid a lot of money to stay there with VERY little service
