“The person we were working with was absolutely horrible. She told us the condo would be ready ny noon. While we were enroute she texted us that it would not be ready until 4. She did not give us the accurate address. The address she gave us was an abandoned building. She then told us to go to a cafe nerarby and wait....with our luggage....incredibly stressful. When questioned about the address, she said there were several Via di Tagliote and to just have taxi pick us up at Pizzeria down……

The tram to and from the airport and the main train station stops very close by. The apartment is simply but comfortably furnished and immaculately clean. The local management is very responsive and easy to reach.”
