The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Jose at the front and Jose from the cafeteria were very detailed with their service. I felt extremely safe at this hotel and would definitely stay again.

We stayed the night. Food was good. Rooms were nice but not very clean. The floor made our feet brown with dirt. Staff was nice and if you want pool towels take ID with you.

the property was fine. there was some construction on the property and the noise was not pleasant. a comfortable chair was lacking in the room. however the pool and surrounding patio was nice and enjoyable. the staff was great.

Not the best value

I booked this trip to treat my family to a relaxing weekend. We faced an unpleasant welcoming from the staff, who had an elitist attitude towards us. They were unfriendly and very impolite. The room was not pleasant due to the cleanliness. White lines looked very unclean, with yellow stains all over. The only positive was the good location of the hotel.

The facilities are in a deplorable state, out of 2 elevators only 1 works, dirty walls, stained exterior floors, pool with missing tiles on the floor. I was 2 nights and 3 days without Internet, the truth is that it is the first time in Marriott in such poor conditions. I hope it is the last, if you need photos I took several.

Not worth the cost

This was the second time we have stayed at this property, and will probably be the last. There is a lack of organization and cleanness. Our reservation specified three guests, and we were told that the standard number of towels was for two guests. The experience we had was as we were staying at a new facility where things are still being figured out. There seems to be a lack of understanding of the change of command, and some employees appear to make their own policies on the fly.
