No respetaron la reservación que previamente realice por Expedia, y el encargado muy incompetente no supo resolver ni ofrecer alguna otra habitación. Terrible servicio y la entrada del hotel y la alberca que es lo que se veía estaba muy sucio. No recomdable el hotel

No me respetaron la reservación, me tuve que ir a otro hotel; muy déspotas y groseros en recepción me dijeron que reservación no existía y prácticamente me corrieron del lugar.

Excelentes instalaciones de pie a la playa con alberca, tu estancia te incluye una palapa en la playa y tiene instalaciones dignas de una buena sesión de fotos Buena atención y trato de la administración y su personal Las habitaciones sencillas pero cómodas, tienen Aire acondicionado wifi y servicio de TOTALPLAY, su baño es bastante amplio aunque a mí punto de vista le hace falta una mesa o buró y un bote de basura que en mi habitación no había. La alberca si bien mantiene limpia su agua, se ve que necesita una limpieza más profunda o a detalle Tiene servicio de restaurante y de bar pero termina muy temprano (a las 7 pm)

Muy mala no reserven desde expedia, el dueño dice que a él no se le reflejan las recervacones y te roban el dinero de expedia, a mi no me dejo cancelar poreue según ya había pasado el check-in pero era a la 12:30 y no era así
