The hotel is very conveniently located in the very center of the city. There are many shops and cafes around. The staff is very attentive and responsive to all customer requests, I will definitely come again.

location, it is located in center of the city, the location is within walking distance to local restaurants, access to fruit vendors, etc. There was no hot water. you need to let the reception that they need to connect the hot water. I did let them know, but there was not hot water. The TV has a bad reception.

It is very hard to find this hotel, since it is literally inside a shopping alley. Theres no signage outside. Front desk deactivates your room key eveyday, so you must get it re activated. Front desk young woman does not pay attention to anything but her phone. Room.was clean, bathroom too. Hotel is smack right in the middle of all the commerce and market activity. The area feels like walking around in china! It is an affordable place.

Las instalaciones estĆ”n muy bien y bonitas, la ventaja es que estĆ” cerca del centro de Tuxtla, aunque hay detalles por ejemplo: la jabonera estaba oxidada y ni ganas de poner ahĆ­ el jabĆ³n, la habitaciĆ³n parecĆ­a limpia al entrar pero el piso estaba manchado de algo. La recepciĆ³n muy atenta y servicial, gracias

Es un lugar cĆ©ntrico, limpio y cĆ³modo, mejorarĆ­a el servicio al cliente, las llaves del lavabo (sale el agua con mucha intensidad y salpica todo) y que revisen que los controles de lavabo TV funcionen. Por lo demĆ”s, creo que es aceptable la relaciĆ³n calidad-precio, sobretodo porque te dejan hacer Check in de manera anticipada.
