Beautiful single-family house "Bredasjö". 8 km from the centre of Tving, 12 km from the centre of Holmsjö, 30 km from the centre of Karlskrona, 500 m from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees, meadow. Rowing boat, parking (for 2 cars), single garage. Shop 13.3 km, grocery 21 km, supermarket 30 km, bus stop 4.7 km, railway station "Karlskrona" 30 km, ferry "Helsingboeg" 30 km, sandy beach "Alljungen" 5 km, rocky beach "Sörsjön" 700 m, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Please note: petrol engines are not allowed in the sea.
