“Great stay ”

“Worst check in experience. Had my kids screaming for 2 hours because of all the bugs inside the room and outside the room. They had never seen so many bugs. Pictures are misleading the property. NO AC in the living room. Everything was misleading about this hotel. We left the next day and the manager refused to refund us the remainder of our stay (booked 6 rooms, 2 nights and only stayed 1 night due to bug infestation).”

“One of the BEST resorts in Chiang Mai. The place is very peaceful and quaint. The resort owner greeted us at check in and ensured we were well taken care of until departure day. The food was fantastic and all homemade. The atmosphere of the area is meant for relaxation. We only stayed 2 days but will definitely return in the next few months. A wonderful place to recharge. ”

“The room was clean but that is about all. Bed was jiggly. The bathroom was so tiny the door to the room was a joke. It was like a flimsy closet door any one could have broke through. Very over priced for what you received. Breakfast in the morning was okay. 2eggs 2 sausage and toast ”

“I can’t recommend this pace enough. Such a comfy bed and HUGE bathtub. It was such an AMAZING experience, you get unlimited time with the capybaras if your spending the night and they are so well taken care of and are so happy, I was petting them for hours! The town around is just the best too, such a rich community, I highly recommend just walking around for a few hours and talking to the locals and getting the local food! They also have meerkats which I also have never seen and they were so……

“建議自駕遊或租車往班柴藤。距巿區20-25分鐘車程，此酒店附近景色優美，有很多大很美的荷花池，也有泳池，稻米田，還有親切的小狗，房間是家庭2bedroom房，地板浴室清潔，雖然沒有廚房，但叫泰式或西式外賣很便宜，也方便，叫老闆代叫便行。酒店內有massage room很舒服，設計很好，按摩師是外面店子的，也是請老闆代請按摩師進來酒店，收費便宜，1小時oil massage不過HKD 100.酒店也有餐廳，收費便宜，星期一三五有晚餐，每個餸連飯也不過HKD 50,一餐五個人食，HKD260左右，很足夠了。”

“When we arrived, we did not realize that they had discontinued the elephant encounter. The owner / manager was so kind that he accommodated us with another elephant in excursion and transportation free of charge. The staff was super friendly and their rooms were excellent. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway.”

“遠離市區，完全享受森林芬多精 不過晚上蟲鳴鳥叫會非常大聲，怕吵的人會容易睡不好 早上起床發現牆上有一隻手掌大的毛蜘蛛，但幸好要退房了”

“Atmosphere was magical but the bathrooms and cleanliness of the resort was below average. There was black mold in the bathrooms and the smell was so bad throughout the room. ”

“The photos of this room on Expedia are quite different — they seem to be mixed with other room types from the same property. In reality, the place looks about 75% like the pictures. The water heater didn’t work during my stay, but the service was good and communication was easy.”
