Closed the breakfast early. Apparently the "cook" wants to be finished with the clean up a few minutes before closing and lock the door before 9am. Didn't even get an " I'm sorry" from the cook, just insisted that her watch said 9am. Outside wasn't bad but the inside needs work.

There was mold on the ceiling in our first room and water damage on the ceiling and curtains of our replacement room. The rooms felt and smelled so dirty. Staff was extremely helpful and understanding gave us a full refund .

I was first given a key to an occupied room, and walked in on someone. Then I was given a key to a room with a broken door. Third try got me into a room with a shower that barely worked, a tub that did not drain, moldy bathroom tiles, a dust ruffle that did not fit, holes in the drapes, chips in the furniture, filthy windows in the stairway. I could go on. The worst place EVER!!!

I think they are attempting to upgrade things at this facility, but the bed was not good. Newer flooring was great, but could use updates. No bathroom in the lobby area. Have to go to the locked pool to get ice. I don’t expect the best at a modest price, but updated.

Positive - Location was close to Joshua NP entrance and restaurants. Negative - Paid for a Unit with a kitchenette but it had NO furnishings, so not functional, oven door was stuck open, not operable, fridge needed to be defrosted and very loud. Definitely not worth the rate we paid. Unit clearly needs to be renovated, shower surround was moldy, bedroom ceiling had major visible patching from water damage, unit was very dark and dingy. Pool area was dirty and pool and hot tub water were very dirty but supposedly open.

Very nice mattress but no amenities for handicapped veteran. The toilet was too low with no handrails and the sole small handrail in the shower was not firmly attached to the wall structure on one end and easily moved. This property is very old and is a motel, not a hotel. There were homeless people and/or people on drugs walking around the parking lot and our room door. The breakfast was overcooked and not good. We stayed at another Best Western the night after leaving here and it was much nicer for a similar price.

This was an average hotel with a pretty decent bed. You could tell it needed some updates all around. Many rooms had outdoor entrances, though the 2nd floor had an interior hallway. The exterior door above the dining room didn't close (or lock), so that was concerning. We visited in March, and it was too cold to use the outdoor pool. We could park very close to our room, which was nice. The room itself had a refrigerator, but we had to turn it off overnight because it was VERY loud. We lost connection to the internet and lost all TV streaming and the phone was disconnected (no dial tone).

We were on the ground floor and were woken up several time by upstairs moving around the room. The room was very dated unkept and needed a make over breakfast was great for choice but tables needed wiping etc Victoria checked us in and was lovely and helpful... Overall, the stay was nice. The girls at the front desk were helpful and very nice. The free included breakfast was simple but appreciated. It is an older hotel so yes a bit dated, but my room was kept up in nice condition.. I did not notice anything needing repair or banged up. I slept well, the bed was comfortable. I was traveling by myself and felt safe there.
