Once home to a Merchant and his family, this home offers lots of space to settle in and experience life in an outport community. You'll sit on the large deck and watch the fishermen come and go, and maybe even catch a glimpse of an iceberg or sea creature.

This home has 4 bedrooms upstairs. There is a King bed, 2 queens and a double. The full bathroom is upstairs and one of the queen bedrooms has a small ensuite half bathroom. On the main floor, you'll find the kitchen, a half-bathroom, a dining room and living area. There is a large water-facing deck to enjoy the view.

Other things to note

The home is 2 units combined. The Cove shares a wall with Little Cove. The Cove does not have access to the other unit.
