「The cottage was very clean and comfortable and I appreciate that. The separate bedrooms were lovely for 2 friends traveling together. My only frustration was the remote locate to Twillingate. It was far enough away that you wouldn’t go back and forth. Information provided in the cottage was misleading as to distance to Twillingate eateries. 「We enjoyed our stay at the Quarry Retreat, the location was great for access to Twillingate. The place was well maintained, and the kitchen was well equipped. Check-in was easy and the directions given to get to the property were great. We would defiantly stay here again if we were back in the area. The Sun rise was amazing!」

「Nice quiet property on Pike's Arm. Great Lookout trail close to the cottage. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen and linens/towels. Location was as advertised, but I would have preferred to be closer to Twillinggate and all the hiking that area offered. That said, the views of the bays from both sides of the cottage were beautiful.」

「It was a great spot, would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the great view, but Mother Nature didn’t let that happen. Rain and windy.
One thing I suggest is when you send the code to your renters you include the physical street address, other than just Durrel.

「This property is very well located with a terrace with a view in a quiet area and is newly renovated (except for the kitchen cabinets). However, the place wasn't clean (dusty and humid) and is infested with carpenter bugs (we killed more than 100 in the bedroom, bathroom, washing machines room): we ended up washing the floor every day (4-day stay), did not leave any personal belonging on the floor and did not touch the couch. There were a lot of leftovers in the fridge and in the kitchen...

「A beautiful view in a lovely quiet cove. Very peaceful. The property had most amenities we needed for our family. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, well equipped kitchen & nice deck & bbq. Also nice fenced yard for our dog.
What was also noticed were some maintenance issues. The clothes dryer in kitchen area was extremely noisy & not usable. Some of the windows needed work, we could open but they would not close properly & had broken mechanisms. There was no propane firepit as advertised. A...
