「One of the best experiences I have had as a traveler. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They were so welcoming and accommodating of our young toddler.」

「Staff were proud locals. Room was clean but I found the mattress sloped and the air conditioner noisy with a fan that would blow on, then off, constantly. Hotel had good amenities with free washer and dryer for guests and various coffees from a machine on the ground floor. They provided a free cold bagged breakfast. Unfortunately there was no elevator. Right next to a Boston Pizza, and there is a lounge at the hotel with pub type food.」

「Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Interiors and exteriors need to be ungraded and/or repaired. Window screen was missing but helpful maintenance staff put up a temporary screen. Paid for a deluxe room but it did not have a separate bedroom as advertised. Staff said that amenity was on a "first come, first served" basis - what does that even mean? Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.」

「The room was very clean, quiet, and comfy. The air conditioning units worked very well and the rooms had really good blinds so that it got dark enough to sleep. The water pressure was great for showering. I only stayed one night but I slept really well here and would stay again! The location is walking distance from everything you need.」

「It was okay, but rustic also means run down. So beware. Room was advertised to have a fireplace, but then they indicate in the room it’s against fire code to use it. Also had to ask multiple times for bathroom amenities. It wasn’t worth the price.」

「Horrible experience. When we arrived, we checked the room before completing our check-in and found it in terrible condition. It was so dirty that we refused to stay there. Even though our reservation clearly stated 'pay later', the manager forced a full charge on us and completely denied our request to cancel the booking. Beware of this place - zero flexibility and awful room quality.」
