“This location is fantastic! We were a very last minute add to a softball team for the tournament that was in town and all hotels were booked. This location completely exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the staff was extremely attentive. We had to call as our air conditioner was not working correctly and the female maintenance employee worked to repair it, brought us a box fan etc. We later also saw her mopping the hallway floor by the pool, doing everything needed to really keep the……

“Pros! Excellent location! Close to restaurants, shopping, and the canyon rim trail! So walkable, so that was nice and safe! Nice large room for our family with the pull out couch! Mostly friendly staff! Plenty of parking. Twin Falls is an amazing place!! Cons! Haha the hotel itself is pretty run down. Carpet was grimy and had black spots. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. They have glade plug-ins running on high in the room to cover up old smoke smells or pet smells, but we unplugged those because……

“My children loved the water slides and the room was nice with new beds. I think a few of the staff need to better understand that they have water slides in their building and that means wet excited kids all over the place. Some of the staff don't seem to like children or have a difficult time communicating with children.”

“Delicious breakfast. Minor cleaning !nd maintenance items noted. Hair was left in the shower on the floor from the previous occupant, the toilet seat won't stay up and the toilet water ran continuously. Other than that it was a great budget hotel.”

“This was the cleanest Hilton Garden Inn I’ve ever been in. The room was excellent. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. And friendly and kind to us and helpful. I’ve been in a lot of Hilton Garden Inn, but never one as nice as this one, I will definitely stay there again if I happen to be coming through Twin Falls thank you for such a nice stay.”

“A nice, clean, comfortable budget friendly motel. Nothing fancy but you'll sleep comfy Centrally located with quick access to shops and restaurants in this small charming town. Just one negative. Our toilet backed up and we called and left a message to the person in charge of that, but never got a call back or got it fixed :( Sometimes things happen, and despite that, we still would stay here again. :)”
