Very nicely decorated and appointed. Beautiful setting and well taken care of. Great location near several state parks and small towns along Lake superior.

Kitchen was well stocked for dishes and cutlery…..but some dog hair in main room ,,plus months old dust bunnies under king bed. All in all was good place.

I don't know if I missed that the property was a 4 plex? and that the unit we were getting was on the upper level. This was only a problem because my husband has walking troubles and stairs are a problem, he really couldn't help me carry anything up the stairs. Great location, nice having the little trail to Gooseberry Falls State Park right there, we took that as a little walk each morning. Beautiful place to stay, beds were comfortable. The signage was a little difficult to see, I only saw it after we passed our turn the first time. Firepit was welcoming and the deck was a lovely way to enjoy the view. Wish we could have stayed longer but understandably the property was booked up. I would highly recommend

A perfect location

We chose this property for a couple of reasons — primarily, the proximity to a number of North Shore hikes. We loved being so close to various parks, but having a quiet place with great amenities. Everything was exactly as it was described, and it was a great choice for us!
