Rich's unit is the perfect location for views, access to clubhouse amenities, and the golf cart/beach and it offered the perfect space with comfy living areas and the balcony we spent most of our time on (the neighbors are nice too :)). 「A great place to enjoy the ocean! The condo was clean and surprisingly spacious, and the check-in was really easy. Plus, it came with a golf cart that we used to get into town. The condo is just a bit outside of Avalon, which was actually nice because we were not always in the middle of the busy town. As other reviewers have noted, there is a walk up a few flights of stairs, but the view of the ocean is amazing. We hope to be back!」
