Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. There were bugs and mosquitoes in my room, and I always woke up with bug bites. While checking out, the front desk said I was good to go. "Hotel was nice to stay but their organisation is terrible. They didn't have our reservation booking so they gave us a room on the spot. They also didn't give us room service. Highly don't recommend their suggested tours. The tour was rushed, unclear and tour guide was super rude and unprofessional towards foreigners. Will never return back!"
