Ocean Song 321 is a second-floor corner unit, featuring panoramic views from floor to ceiling sliding doors on two sides of the living room. This property has a corner L-shaped balcony, facing the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious and open living room area has been completely renovated. The comfortable seating, including a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, plus an Oversized chair that opens as a twin sleeper, and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two-burner stove-top, toaster oven, and dishwasher, and in-unit stacked washer and dryer. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table that seats four people.

Relax on the oceanfront balcony, which overlooks the beach and the pool area of the condo complex and has plenty of comfortable seating. The large primary bedroom has a plush King-sized bed, and the all-new bathroom is very spacious and has a large double vanity and a glassed-in shower. This condo offers in-unit WIFI for guest use and is also pet-friendly. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles only.

This beautiful, oceanfront condo is located in the Ocean Song building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, and two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and on-site restaurant The Deck. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This condo is pet-friendly.

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
