Great Location

Took the family for St. Patrick’s weekend. Perfect location to access the beach and Tybees St. Patrick’s parade. We enjoyed the nearby restaurant The Decks food and the heated pool nearby. We will be back to Tybee hopefully this summer! Special place!

Lovely stay on Tybee!

Great location! Right on the beach (minimal water view) with easy access to the water. Restaurants, shops nearby. Pool area was a nice option after the ocean. Condo was clean and well-equipped. Convenient parking. Excellent Communication with host.

Great stay

This was great experience for our family. We've stayed on Tybee before, but this property was a first. Comfortable, clean, great amenities and the residence was one the best we've stayed in over the last 3 years. Love the proximity to the beach and our favorite restaurant The Deck.

Tybee Condo

Though the weather wasn’t ideal and there wasn’t the view we would have liked, the condo itself worked for us. It was clean and quiet and close to the beach (nice & clean). Questions were answered and any issues were addressed by the property manager promptly. Thank you!!

Lovely Beach Vacation

Location is great to the beach. Rental beach chairs are available from an external vendor. The road noise at night being so close to the main thoroughfare was a bit loud. No direct view of the ocean from condo balcony. We were able to venture all around tybee and come back to our gated lot for parking. (Parking is tight for larger vehicles) Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this condo, checkin and checkout was easy.

Not mt idea of a vacation place

Our stay was average. The condo was not clean upon arrival, with sand in all the beds, though housekeeping addressed it the next day. The unit needs significant maintenance, especially compared to another group's nicer condo elsewhere at the resort. We do not recommend this unit.

Just not what we expected.....

Looking for a family reunion getaway and needing three bedrooms for adults only. Bunk beds just would not do! This listing was very appealing. Unfortunately, in my haste to book this, I only saw "oceanview rentals" and failed to see "one building back" from ocean. The property pictures did not match our location either. We were one building over and I never saw anything about limited parking. One of our family members had to park half a mile away! Overall, I take blame for some of these issues but below are other issues we noted during our stay. The dishwasher made a horrible noise. We eventually began washing by hand. The guest shower had standing water almost as soon as the water was turned on. There was a whirling noise under the front door due to the wind blowing on the front balcony. Towel rod in guest bath was falling off the wall and toilet paper holder in primary bath was missing. Though these things were an issue, I do take blame for not having studied the listing more thoroughly. The condo was clean but the kitchen was poorly stocked. I don't believe I have ever stayed anywhere that I had to immediately go to the store and buy salt and pepper. We left them behind for the next guests.
