The host was very easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay. Overall, we were fairly pleased with our stay. The view was amazing as the listing promised. Our only note for improvement, is the kitchen and bathroom could use updates. Overall, the space was clean, but the old, outdated features made it appear more dirty.

Very happy with our stay at Lighthouse Point. Owners stayed in touch with us to make sure we didn't need anything. Beautiful views from balcony. Condo was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again

Very nice relaxing get away

Property was very attractive and clean . Nicely equipped for visitors.Walk to beach was a little hard for us. We did enjoy our views from the deck.Pool area was wonderful … Will spend more time there on our next visit. This was a short visit for us but will return for a longer stay.Trip to Savannah was great also.One negative was the cost of street parking on the island!!

Summer Visit

This was a great location for our family. Access to the beach was very convenient and the pools were very well kept as well. Our whole family loved every minute of our stay here!

Escape to Tybee Island

Very enjoyable Good view of ocean. Short walk to the beach. Did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. All the comforts of home.

Nice little getaway for two people

Property was good for us (two people). It was close to the water and the views were enjoyable. Enjoyed watching the ships come and go from the port. The condo could use some updates (i.e. kitchen, and bathrooms). Overall was a good value. We enjoyed Tybee Island. Much to offer on the island. And close to Savannah.

Propery management responded quickly to an issue and resolved the problem. Kitchen is dated but has everything you need. Love the beach access.

Great place!

I loved our balcony and view of the dunes and ocean. Very comfortable place with everything we needed. The door code was very annoying and kept locking us out, the property managers wouldn't provide us with a key so we just left the place unlocked. Otherwise, great place to stay near a quiet beach.

Clean and comfortable condo

We came to Tybee for a quick getaway, and this was a perfect place to relax, watch the sunrise and sunset, and just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. The unit was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The Southern Belle property management team was quick to respond to any questions and efficient with check-in instructions, etc. Would stay here again!

Tybee 24A

Pleasant stay and would recommend especially if you want the “quieter” area of Tybee. Easy access to the beach. Pool and resort pool both very nice. Not much in walking distance from the unit. Very comfortable and clean. Would be nice if they had some beach chairs and beach towels in the condo to use. Very nice stay.

Great place to stay! Loved the condo, location, sheets, quietness. The rugs in living area need replacing; otherwise it was really nice. Parking was great, but not covered. When hurricane was coming, we asked for a covered area for car, but none was available. I will probably go back and stay there again.

Unit 24A was a bit "tired" and in need of some repairs and TLC. The cabinets in the kitchen, especially by the sink were water damaged and in need of repair/replacement or at least a coat of paint to cover the damage. The dish washer was not attached to the cabinet frame and dropped out of the opening each time we opened the door to put dishes in. The fold-up trays/counters on the balcony have rusted hinges and could not be used. Otherwise, the location was great -- peaceful and and pleasant for a relaxing time.

Beautiful view!!!

Million dollar view. Bathrooms really need to be updates, especially the showers and toilets. Mattresses need to be replaced. King set especially. Love the floors. I would pay more for an updated unit. One flight of stairs is my limit. We so enjoyed the binoculars for the balcony. What a thoughtful touch. Also SPECIAL THANKS TO Staff who took our call at 930 p.m. and guided us in to our location.

24 A shipwatch

Property is well maintained and clean, though dated. Great views of ships from balcony. Queen bed slept great. Complex very quiet and peaceful. Sliding doors to deck difficult to lock, with one off bedroom impossible to lock. Microwave seems to be missing one of its'legs and therefore off balance. Washer noisy at times regardless of load size.

Beautiful location. Property has not been maintained.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our time at your property, thanks to its excellent beach access and beautiful views. However, we were disappointed with the seating provided on the deck. The advertisement promised ample and comfortable seating, but we found only two old chairs available—one bar-height director's chair and one standard, low-quality outdoor chair. I reported this issue to management several times and was informed that the original chairs had broken and had not yet been replaced by the owners. Aside from this, the property featured very comfortable beds and other lovely furnishings. However, it is worth noting that the property is quite dated, and any maintenance were addressed with low-cost solutions.

Great View/So-so Condo

The overall property’s location and proximity to restaurants and shops is very good. The resort didn’t offer much in terms of recreation other than the three pools and tennis courts. The pools were not heated and the water was too cold to swim. The resort offered another optional pool that was heated however it wasn’t on the property and was 20 minutes away. Overall the condo while decorated in a fun and beachy vibe had a lot of problems related to items such as doors that creaked, wouldn’t close and stuck when trying to open. We were on the first floor and every morning the people above us woke us up due to poor construction. You shouldn’t hear people walking, talking or running the faucets. The dishwasher would come out of its cavity when opened and nearly fall to the floor. That needs immediate attention. The microwave had rust around the opening and it chipped off a part of the rusted metal. Both bathrooms need to be updated and all kitchen appliances need replacing except the refrigerator which is new. Clutter in all the closets and under the bed is unnecessary. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again even though the view is beautiful! broke off and

Tybee Island Family Retreat

The check in was challenging because we didn't realize that our parking space wasn't covered. The description for the location of the parking space was poor! The manager responded by text as we were trying to find a space to park. Finally, I requested a call, which she did and pleasantly addressed our needs. The unit was very clean! The power knob on the dryer was missing. Also, we didnt find an iron which I told my aunt to use stream from the shower to get wrinkles out. The coffee maker was adequate but could use upgrading. We didn't cook so I don't know how well stocked the kitchen was. WARNING one of the piers leading to the beach had a sign that warned it is a nesting area for venomous snakes!!!! YIKES! Unusual location for the nesting! Can't they control or relocate this? Imo,Tybee Island doesn't compare to 30A but the location of this unit was perfect for my Aunt, Cousin, and myself! We watched barges from the unit, had spirits, great conversations(we didnt turn the tv on during out 3 day trip), and memories to last a lifetime. BTW, Savannah is across the bridge and not far from this unit. Several times we caught Uber for about 30 dollars. We concur that we'd stay again.

Shipwatch 24A is Okay

We enjoyed time spent with family.Shipwatch24A is located up one fairly steep flight of steps.The door lock was hard to use at first.This is a dated place.The stove is what? Maybe from the 80s.It was somewhat noisy because of the building structure.We heard every step the people above us took and the cleaning crew vacuuming.Other than that it was an overall quiet, respectable, private place to stay. The balcony railing is high.To be able to see the ocean you had to stand. It is not a complete ocean view because of the trees.I had to stand with my shoulder against the wall to be able to see the sunrise (again, because of the trees).Every morning God provided a beautiful sunrise. I'm sure one level up in the building would provide a better view but that is another flight of stairs.The ocean is a long way away. Definitely need binoculars.The walk to the beach is a long trail in hot loose sand with foliage hitting your legs and with only a few places to pass without getting into the foliage.The unit was clean but needed a deep cleaning, the couch and behind the dresser and other furniture.We enjoyed watching the boats come and go. The view of the lighthouse from the beach was great. The beach was great. It was not crowded. We enjoyed walking on the beach and the water was calm and refreshing.The pools were great. It had lots of chairs and tables with umbrellas.It was not over crowded.It was an overall nice place, just not what we were looking for and a little hard for seniors.
