There's no need to fight for a Summer parking place when you have such a perfect location! Park and walk to the beach, local restaurants, shops, and nightlife, all within a 1 block radius. You can also rent bikes to explore the island even more. This is also a great location for annual events like the 4th of July, Tybee Island Pirate Fest, and more.

The open plan living space offers comfortable and brand new furnishings, a large flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to grab a quick bite before heading out to a day at the beach or cooking a full dinner for the family. The backyard has a small courtyard with a gas grill for cooking out and is fully fenced in. The first 2 bedrooms are furnished with a King size bed and a Smart flatscreen TV. Each bedroom shares the bathroom that has a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds.

There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wifi is available. This home is pet-friendly for one adult dog under 50lbs, additional fee applies. Pets must be on a leash, as the backyard is not fenced.

The maximum occupancy of this property is 6 adults (or 8 if guests are traveling with children under the age of 12.) Are you traveling with other groups, and need more space? The second duplex apartment, Latitude A, can be combined with this unit to offer to sleep up to 12 people (or 14 as long as at least 2 guests are under the age of 12).

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
