Fabulous place for a beach getaway

The location was amazing and very close to the beach entrance. There was plenty of room in the unit for my husband and I and the kitchen had all the utensils necessary to cook all of our meals. Communication was great and checkin was simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Quaint Little Vacation Stay

Cute little vacation stay. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Short walk to restaurants and the riverside beach. Couch needs some cleaning but the king size bed was excellent! Would recommend and use it again!

Savanna beach

The price was good but the sofa and carpet is old and not in good condition but it didn’t ruin our trip would book there again.

Quiet and relaxing

Really close to AJ’s restaurant. Back side of the island so it was quiet and relaxing island life. Short walk to Stingrays. We spent a day at the beach then traveled to short drive into historic Savannah and enjoyed shopping on River Street. Experienced 1st class service at the Breakfast Club and Salt Island Fish & Beer. Very relaxing few days just unwinding and enjoying our time away.

Cute and quaint

Very quaint and cute place, comfortable for a small family. Description as stated and we loved that they added a grill to use. Easy access to pool and beach areas. Southern Bell was quick to respond with any questions during our stay. If we had any points to add it would be to have larger pots for cooking but overall very satisfied with their VRBO.

Pictures dont look like actual property. Needs some upgrades or things fixed sofa, tub etc

Needs to be refreshed. Bathroom vanity bathtub faucet and Kitchen faucet. Parking said gravel lot. Its grass grown over gravel at night very hard to find.

Quaint apartment

Overall we had a good stay. Clean, cute setup. Contact with management was phenomenal when we needed something. The only downfall of this property is when people are staying upstairs, you can hear them coming in and out of the house as well as walking around upstairs. I will definitely book with Southern Belle again, just not this property because of upstairs guests.

Last Summer Weekend Hurrah

The unit we stayed in was adequate. There were a few annoying things, but nothing the made us regret booking the unit. That is except for the fact that there is now a tall fence around the yard area that excludes the rental unit. So there was almost no natural light and it made the patio are feel very closed in. One of the reasons we chose this unit was the yard. We thought our kids (5 and 8) would enjoy playing outside when we were hanging out there. We won't book this unit again, for that an other reasons, but it was clean, had a comfy bed. Was sufficient for our stay.

Good location nice place but

Was nice place good location but did not enjoy our stay was a dog upstairs that barked everytime we would try to go to sleep my wife set on the couch watching tv got up covered in bug bites i have pictures of them she was miserable in pain from the itching and then i also started getting them so we left the property early did not get to enjoy the new year's because she was in so much pain hope something is done about it so it doesn't ruin this wonderful place for the next person

No pots or pans No washer or dryer Plastic cutlery Rug is very filthy Couch was wore out.. no place to hang your wet clothes.. upper level guests make lots of noise . Overall experience was very bad on this property. Never come back on this property.

My first language Spanish: it has everything you need, pot,pans,not disposable cutlery, cutting board, 3 coffee cups, 10 flat plates, 4 soup bowls, pasta strainer, (Mr. coffee )coffee maker,keurig coffee maker, yes there are 2 coffee makers, salad bowl,4 wine glasses, a dishwasher, 6 or more water glasses, liquid dish soap,6 dishwasher soap,1 dishwasher sponge, it has plenty of storage space,,the bed is beautiful and big I could say king size, broom and garbage dustpan, iron and iron board, the bathroom has plenty of storage space, enough bath towels, gas BBQ grilled,,patio tables and 4 chairs, 1 hair dryer,2 smart TV, with Netflix, Disney and YouTube and others Apps,,AC works great we never went to the pool,,at 4 dollars 1 hour to parked near the sea,IGA market it is 5 minutes away,. McDonald's publix,auto zone,,(Walmart doesn't sell meat no milk no eggs no vegetables) all in the same place ,plaza,,20 to 15 minutes driving ,beach toys 15$dls ,,3 minutes by car from the beach, if you like to walk more or less 10 to 12 minutes walking,,,I really liked having stayed there ,I would do it again

Great Stay

Only issue my family experienced at this stay was the noise from the room above us. The walk was a bit further than anticipated to the ocean. But driving/parking was not a issue. Overall good experience and would definitely stay again.

Right size

With just the 2 of us this was the perfect place. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen and living area were just right as well. Perfect for a couple looking for a quick getaway. The location was also great, close enough to the beach but also away from the crowds.

Good place to stay

The only thing that I would say that needs to be corrected immediately is the fact that you can be seen thru the window while taking a shower. Otherwise everything with our stay was great. Walk right around the corner to AJ’s seafood. We rented a golf cart and road around the island.

This was an amazing property !!!

Here is my list of pros and cons Pros * GREAT location on the quiet side of the island * Good bed & linens * Great kitchen setup with microwave, stove & dishwasher *Plenty of hot water *Good tvs in living room & bedroom *Could take my dog :) *Let us do late checkout day off - Thank You!!! Cons *Could hear the people above us * Couldn’t find the right door initially - it was a double glass door turns out! *No cutting board - called management and was told that would not be supplied *Only one wineglass - ???!!!! *Sofa pretty worn Overall = would come back in a heartbeat! Loved Tybee Island and this rental!!

Tybee weekend
